I am an animation talent manager representing writers, directors, studios, storyboard artists, and visual development artists across film, television, and digital media. I take a hands-on, collaborative approach to management, working closely with each client to build a career that feels both sustainable and creatively fulfilling.

My work includes long-term career planning, project development, packaging and positioning, offer and deal guidance, brand strategy, and navigating industry relationships with clarity and confidence. At the heart of my practice is partnership. I aim to be a trusted thought partner, advocate, and sounding board as my clients define their goals, refine their creative voice, and take the next steps in their careers.

Sweater is dedicated to shaping ideas and people into their strongest form by putting thoughtful development at the center of storytelling and career growth. They work with a wide range of creatives across animation, live-action, prose, and more to help bring compelling stories and voices into the world with intention and clarity.
