Allison Mick

Writer | Voice actor | comedian

Allison Mick is an LA-based writer and producer, born and brewed in the Great Lakes. She’s been called an idea machine, a madcap worldbuilder, and a real sicko—and she takes that as a compliment. As a Black-Irish mixed-race woman with a death fixation and a love of the weird, she brings a distinct voice to genre storytelling, blending dark comedy with high-concept body horror.

In 2023, Allison Mick’s mythological horror-comedy script ULSTER was a finalist for comedy teleplay at Austin Film Festival, and won the Rooster Teeth Fellowship for Women in Animation. She previously worked at Warner Bros Animation on “Kite Man: Hell Yeah” and Ava Duvernay’s “Wings of Fire” adaptation. Mick’s literary writing appears in Trailer Park Boys: Big A$$ Comic Collection (Devil’s Due Comics) and The Hard Times: The First 40 Years (Mariner Books). She was a contributor to the Los Suelos, CA interactive fiction anthology, both as a writer and a visual artist. Allison’s humor writing has been featured in Huffpo, Reductress, The Hard Times, and Macaulay Culkin’s BunnyEars.com.

Her mission? To scare you, gross you out, and maybe even teach you something new.

Nic Gregory

art director | Background Artist | creator

Director, film maker, senior concept artist and action figure (thanks to his days as a pro-wrestler). Nic Gregory has lived many lives on his way to becoming a successful artist and director in the Los Angeles TV and film industry. As we all know, getting punched in the face for a living, while wearing spandex, is the best education for a career in film so Nic, and his wife Amy, packed up their life in Australia and moved to LA.

Nic landed in the USA with nowhere to live, no job, no friends or family to connect with. It was a rough start living in a garage in East LA, but he kept honing his craft and eventually landed gigs working for the likes of Marvel Studios, Disney, Cartoon Network, Warner Brothers, Bento Box, Stoopid Buddy and many more.

Nic now creates for beloved IP’s like Spiderman, Batman, Beavis and Butthead, Mickey and Friends, Harry Potter … the list seems endless. However it wasn’t enough, so he also wrote and directed the award winning short film, Suddenly.

Who would have thought after all the head locks and suplexes, his remaining brain cells could rally together and wrestle a monumental career into submission. The exciting part is, he’s nowhere near done. Nic continues to make art and share his own unique stories for the world to enjoy.
