Animated Perspectives Curriculum

In an industry that is leaning more and more into the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, it is essential that we know what that means. This class is an evaluation of how DEI has shown up in animation in the past (for better or for worse) and how you as a content creator can learn to do more.

Animated Perspectives aims to provide participants with the opportunity to think deeply about the role their art plays in the animation industry. Participants will become more critical consumers and creators of animation and entertainment media.

This class understands that content creators are responsible for the impact their work has on society, so it’s important to understand the big picture.

Guest Lecturing
